Job Summary:

The HR Intern will support the human resources team in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations. This internship is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in HR within a tech-driven healthcare and research industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
  • Support onboarding and training processes for new employees and interns
  • Maintain and update HR databases and employee records
  • Research and implement HR best practices to improve recruitment and retention strategies
  • Assist in policy development and ensure compliance with labor laws
  • Handle employee queries and provide administrative HR support

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes.
