Job Summary:
The HR Intern will support the human resources team in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations. This internship is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in HR within a tech-driven healthcare and research industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
- Support onboarding and training processes for new employees and interns
- Maintain and update HR databases and employee records
- Research and implement HR best practices to improve recruitment and retention strategies
- Assist in policy development and ensure compliance with labor laws
- Handle employee queries and provide administrative HR support
Eligibility Criteria:
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of HR processes.
