Job Summary:
The HR Partner Recruit & Talent Sourcing Intern will focus on sourcing top talent, building employer branding, and strengthening partnerships for recruitment initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute talent sourcing strategies for various departments
- Build partnerships with universities, job boards, and recruitment agencies
- Manage and maintain candidate pipelines for future hiring needs
- Conduct market research to identify hiring trends and talent availability
- Support employer branding efforts to position Specimen Tracking Technologies as an employer of choice
- Assist in designing recruitment campaigns and job advertisements
Eligibility Criteria:
- Pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or Organizational Psychology
- Good research and networking skills
- Knowledge of employer branding and digital recruitment tools
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
