Job Summary:

The HR Partner Recruit & Talent Sourcing Intern will focus on sourcing top talent, building employer branding, and strengthening partnerships for recruitment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute talent sourcing strategies for various departments
  • Build partnerships with universities, job boards, and recruitment agencies
  • Manage and maintain candidate pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Conduct market research to identify hiring trends and talent availability
  • Support employer branding efforts to position Specimen Tracking Technologies as an employer of choice
  • Assist in designing recruitment campaigns and job advertisements

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or Organizational Psychology
  • Good research and networking skills
  • Knowledge of employer branding and digital recruitment tools
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
