Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition & HR Strategic Support Intern will assist in hiring strategies, recruitment processes, and workforce planning to ensure the company attracts top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to onboarding
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates
- Conduct initial screening and interviews for internship and full-time positions
- Analyze hiring trends and optimize recruitment processes
- Maintain HR databases and ensure compliance with employment regulations
- Support employer branding and candidate experience initiatives
Eligibility Criteria:
- Pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Good understanding of talent acquisition, workforce planning, and HR technology
- Effective communication and organizational skills
