Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition & HR Strategic Support Intern will assist in hiring strategies, recruitment processes, and workforce planning to ensure the company attracts top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to onboarding
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates
  • Conduct initial screening and interviews for internship and full-time positions
  • Analyze hiring trends and optimize recruitment processes
  • Maintain HR databases and ensure compliance with employment regulations
  • Support employer branding and candidate experience initiatives

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Good understanding of talent acquisition, workforce planning, and HR technology
  • Effective communication and organizational skills
